Assistant to the CEO during the rapid growth of the music portal and gained a lot of knowledge about the web, e-commerce, strategy, and identity deployment from the administrative level.
Created and directed (as project manager, lead programmer, and lead designer) the portal's multimedia department responsible for all Flash, enhanced CDs, and streaming media produced by the company.
Responsible for the development of new web-based products to add to the portal's client services arsenal (such as the Santana E-cards).
Sales and services provided to such acts as: Parliament, Santana, Blues Traveler, David Gray, and the Dave Matthews Band.
Individual Flash work recieved the Midem 2000 "best website" award, Shockwave site of the day, and Macromedia site of the day.
Project manager, lead designer and developer for the David Gray enhanced CD "White Ladder" - now a gold level release.
Chosen to represent the company at Webnoize, 2000.

Designed and built new studio space (including acoustic treatment, HVAC, and wiring). Executive responsibilities included: HR, management, accounting, business development and marketing, client relations, computer maintenance, data maintenance and backups, project management, and artist management and promotions.
Created an AIDS benefit battle of the bands in order to market the studio and was responsible for all aspects of the event including: fund raising, project management, and running sound for all 45 bands.
Performed, produced, and composed music as well as created, mastered, and produced multimedia sound effects (some used by Boxerjam's award winning website).
Responsible for all implementation of the company's marketing including web design, photography (digital and film-based), and print-based collateral.
